Kona Community Development Plan (CDP) Action Committee Members will meet in person and via the Zoom interactive video platform. Members of the public may attend in person at the West Hawai'i Civic Center, Conference Room B2, or join the Zoom meeting using the link below. PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: Written testimony may be submitted via email at CDP@hawaiicounty.gov or in person at the Hilo or Kona Planning Department, up to two (2) days prior to the meeting. Members of the public may also provide oral testimony at the meeting on any of the agenda items, either in person or via Zoom. At the discretion of the CDP Action Committee Chair, comments may be accepted during the designated public comment period or when the related business item is discussed. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per agenda item.
