Welcome to the Kona Open Space Network (KOSN)!

KOSN is a community-driven goal from the Kona Community Development Plan (CDP) to connect parks, neighborhoods, and historic sites—while preserving green spaces for flood control, shade, and clean air. It promotes a network of trails for walking and biking to encourage healthy, active lifestyles. Special mahalo to the Kona CDP Action Committee and KOSN sub-committee for guiding this project since 2015. They continue to identify key hubs and links to bring KOSN to life.
